Radarfox is a private-first job matching platform operated from Lisbon, Portugal. We connect companies with passive candidates through anonymous, AI-assisted matching. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at privacy@radarfox.io.
We collect the following data depending on your role:
All users: email address, account creation date, login activity.
Candidates: professional title, years of experience, tech stack, salary expectations, availability, and optionally: name, current employer, LinkedIn URL, bio, location. Name and employer are kept private until an interview is mutually confirmed.
Companies: company name, description, website, team members' email addresses, job role details.
All users: platform activity (matches viewed, interviews scheduled, offers made), in-app messages, and support conversations.
To operate the matching service and surface relevant opportunities.
To send transactional notifications (interview reminders, match alerts, offer updates).
To improve match quality through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Candidate identity — name, current employer, and LinkedIn profile — is never visible to companies until both parties confirm an interview. This is enforced at the database level, not just the UI. Candidates can withdraw from any match at any time, which immediately removes their profile from that company's view.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (EU region).
Anthropic — AI matching engine. Match scoring uses anonymised candidate and job data. No PII is sent.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
