Radarfox is a private-first job matching platform operated from Lisbon, Portugal. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in your stated jurisdiction to use Radarfox. Companies must be legally registered entities. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject or suspend any account at our discretion.
Your profile information must be accurate and up to date.
Your identity is kept private from companies until an interview is confirmed, at which point both identities are revealed at the same moment.
You may withdraw from any match or opportunity at any time.
The platform is free for candidates. We do not charge placement fees to candidates.
You may not create multiple accounts or misrepresent your qualifications.
Company accounts are subject to approval before access is granted.
Job roles must accurately represent real, open positions at your company.
A placement fee is charged per successful hire (offer accepted by candidate). The current fee is displayed in your account settings.
Invoices are issued automatically on acceptance and are payable within 8 days.
You may not use candidate information obtained through Radarfox for any purpose other than evaluating the candidate for the matched role.
Every placement you pay for is covered for 30 days from the candidate's agreed start date. If the employment ends within that window — for any reason, whichever side ends it — the placement fee is credited back to you in full.
